If you have created a new password that is longer than 8 characters, you will find that it is not recognised when you try to log into the camera via a web browser. This is because it will only support a password less than 8 characters.

To regain access to your camera, simply enter the first 8 digits of your password. You can then change your password to something 8 characters or less in length.
