What are I-Frames P-Frames?

H.264 video consists of an I-Frame (reference frame) followed by a number of P-Frames. A P-Frame represents the changes in the image between the I-frame or previous P-frame.

The higher the number of P-Frames, the better the compression. We recommend using 63, the highest value for StarDot products..
