The default username and password is admin/admin. If you changed the password and cannot remember it, your only option is to reset the camera to its default settings.

For most StarDot IP cameras, the top lid must be removed. Once the circuit board is visible, press and release the "Defaults" button on the circuit board (while the camera is powered up and fully booted). Some models have a small pinhole on the back panel that can be used to access the "Defaults" button.

For StarDot video servers, most models have a small hole on the front panel. Using a paper clip press and release the recessed button.

Your StarDot device will reboot with factory defaults.
