** NOTE **
For the NetCamLIVE2 camera you will need to upgrade firmware in the camera configuration. Not through StarDot Tools.
When you log into the camera in a web browser it should take you right to the camera configuration after logging in.

Go to the Advanced Tab and you will see a firmware upgrade section.
Select the BIN file that you downloaded here
Click Upgrade to start the Firmware Upgrade process
You will need to do a Hard Reset after the upgrade is complete.

When the upgrade has finished the page should refresh and it will ask for your login again.
After logging in, go back to the Advanced Tab and click the Hard Reset button near the top of the page.

When the camera resets and then reboots itself, the firmware upgrade process is complete and you may configure the camera as you wish.
