Can I connect both 12V and POE power?
  Yes, you can have both POE (Power Over Ethernet) and 12V DC power plugged in to the camera.   12VDC power will take priority over POE power.   NOTE - If you unplug the 12VDC power from the camera, it will start pulling power via POE if the ethernet cable is still attached.
