If your Camera or Server is set to automatically synchronize the time using an NTP server (Automatic setting in the Date/Time tab) and it will not sync with the time server, you will need to add a DNS entry in the Network tab.
Click on the Network tab and for DNS 1, you can enter the Gateway for your network (such as 192.168.1.1 for example).
Otherwise you can use Google's Public DNS servers if you like. You can enter the following for DNS 1 and 2

8.8.4.4
