StarDot devices are designed to FTP a file named "ip.html" to your FTP server each time they connect. This file contains the device's currently assigned IP address. Make sure that the path for this file is correct. Once the file is uploaded to your server, use your web browser to point to the file to get the IP address (i.e. http://yourserver.com/netcam/ip.html).
